Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and has over 12 years of experience in various supervisory roles.   He has previously managed several government contracts, along with IT services and deployments and is a Lego enthusiast. 

Nathan Crowell

Nathan is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist. He has 14 years of experience supporting users in small business environments. While being a very well-rounded technician in relation to both software and hardware, he is especially passionate about computer hardware and excels in all areas of diagnostics, laptop and desktop repair, soldering, system design, and system building. When he isn't spending time with his family, or at work, you will find him engrossed in a project that is ever pushing his abilities and teaching him new, more effective methods that he can use in his role at Bastionpoint Technology.

Eric Clary

Eric has worked in a variety of IT environments over the past 21 years and has a broad range of experience. His numerous years in management level positions provide the knowledge needed to consult with our clients and advise them on ways to improve their business with technology.  Eric is also A+. MCP, and CCNA certified.  In his free time, he spends a lot of time on cars, with his hoard of pets, or working on his taco blog.

Lori holds a BA degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She uses her skills gained from many years in various management positions to help support the continued growth and health of Bastionpoint Technology.

Dean has worked with small and large businesses over the past 25 years supporting different IT needs. Dean has worked for Infineon supporting a manufacturing environment as well as IBM supporting three large data centers. Dean came to Bastionpoint from QTS where he supported the infrastructure of the third largest data center in the world.

George joins us from a large cloud services partner and has been a vital asset to our team when it comes to migrations and infrastructure deployments.  George spends a lot of his free time traveling, listening to music, and gaming.  Ask him about his many overseas trips!

Jake comes to us from Altria where he served as the lead technician supporting Altria’s Executive staff for multiple years.  Jake is an avid climber and a vital part of servicing our customers.  This experience makes him our go to guy, for difficult network wiring jobs!

Dave is a Graduate from George Mason University, and is long time computer enthusiast with several years of technical support experience.  You’ll find Dave working our service board on after hours projects for convenience to our clients.

Chris came to us from Avepoint, and is a Microsoft Sharepoint and Office 365 specialist with years of Microsoft Cloud experience.  Chris can strongly convey technical issues to the least technical of people, making him a client favorite!  Ask him about his work boots!

Jason joined us in 2019 to be part of our Windows 10 deployment team.  His hunger for growth has allowed us to help mold him into doing on-site jobs for our clients, assist in phone deployments, and network infrastructure buildouts.  Jason is an avid gamer with many years of customer service experience.

Jim has almost 30 years of Management and Customer Service experience.  Jim began working on computers as an AutoCad Technician in college at the University of Maryland and later as an Electronic Data Processing Clerk for Costco Wholesale.  In his free time, Jim get’s creative with repurposed builds, farm house tables, and more.
