Bastionpoint Technology Sponsors Pet Adoptions at Richmond Animal Care + Control for Valentine’s Weekend
RICHMOND, VA – February 10, 2026 — Bastionpoint Technology will sponsor all pet adoptions at Richmond Animal Care and Control during Valentine’s Weekend, Feb. 14–15, 2026, covering adoption fees for all animals adopted during the two-day event.
The initiative, “Adopt Your Furever Valentine,” marks the third consecutive year Bastionpoint has partnered with RACC to support pet adoptions on Valentine’s Day Weekend.
“Helping pets find permanent homes is something our team cares deeply about,” said Eric Clary, Chief Operating Officer of Bastionpoint Technology. “We’re proud to continue this partnership with RACC and support the work they do for animals in our community.”
Bastionpoint’s sponsorship will apply to all dogs and cats available for adoption, including puppies, kittens, adult animals, and senior pets.
Austin Moore, customer success advocate at Bastionpoint Technology, said the event reflects the company’s culture. “Many of us are pet owners, and we understand the positive impact animals have on our lives,” Moore said.
Millions of animals enter shelters across the United States each year, and animal welfare organizations continue to emphasize adoption to reduce overcrowding and improve pet outcomes.
Community members who adopt during the event are encouraged to share their adoption stories on social media by tagging @bastionpoint and using #Bastionpoint.
