BASTIONPOINT TECHNOLOGY RICHMOND KICKERS TICKET GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor. Bastionpoint Technology, 1618 Hull Street, Richmond, VA 23224. Phone: (804) 612-9876 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area — specifically, residents of the City of Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent, Charles City, Amelia, Caroline, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, King William, Louisa, Prince George, and Sussex, and the cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell, and Petersburg — who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Promotion Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). A separate Entry Period and drawing will be held for each Richmond Kickers home match during the 2026 season. Each Entry Period closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on the Sunday immediately preceding the applicable home match.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry. No purchase, attendance at any event, or payment is necessary to enter. The entry URL above is publicly accessible. To enter by mail, hand-print your full name and valid email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: “Richmond Kickers Ticket Giveaway,” c/o Bastionpoint Technology, 1618 Hull Street, Richmond, VA 23224. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Friday before the applicable match and received by the Monday of match week. One entry per envelope.
6. Prize. For each Richmond Kickers home match during the 2026 season, one (1) winner will receive two (2) digital tickets to that specific home match, delivered through the Richmond Kickers official ticketing platform. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $40.00 (two tickets at $20.00 each). Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Specific seat assignments are at the discretion of the Sponsor. All taxes, parking, concessions, transportation, and any other expenses not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner for each match will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, conducted on the Monday of match week (the “Drawing Date”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that match. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form within twenty-four (24) hours of the Drawing Date. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documents within the time required, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Delivery. Digital tickets will be sent to the winner through the Richmond Kickers official ticketing platform, to the email address provided on the entry form. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate, monitored, and capable of receiving ticketing-platform messages, and to accept and redeem the tickets through the platform prior to the match. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are undelivered, filtered as spam, blocked, or otherwise not received by the winner. Tickets will not be mailed, printed, or held at will-call. If digital delivery cannot be completed before match start time for reasons attributable to the winner (including, without limitation, an inaccurate email address, a full inbox, spam filtering, or failure to accept the tickets through the ticketing platform), the prize will be forfeited in full with no substitution.
9. Tax Reporting. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the cumulative prize value to any single winner reaches $600 or more in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
10. Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. General Conditions and Release. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including attendance at any Richmond Kickers match.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://bastionpoint.com/
13. Disputes. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
14. Affiliation. This Giveaway is sponsored by Bastionpoint Technology and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the Richmond Kickers or USL League One.
