Jack Raymondson Joins Bastionpoint Technology as Director of Customer Engagement

Richmond, Virginia – 5/7/25 – Bastionpoint Technology proudly announces the appointment of Jack Raymondson as its new Director of Customer Engagement. As Bastionpoint enters its 17th year, Jack’s leadership will be instrumental in deepening client relationships and supporting the company’s continued growth in managed IT services.

With over two decades of experience—including service in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard—Jack brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and technical knowledge to his role. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at Tech For Troops, a nonprofit dedicated to providing technology access, training, and career support to veterans and their families. His background spans sales, IT consulting, project management, and client success, making him a valuable asset to the Bastionpoint team.
